Job Purpose
Lead integrated demand, production, capacity, and materials planning so customer requirements are converted into realistic factory schedules, with the right resources and inventory available at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the demand review, master production schedule, material requirements planning (MRP), and rolling capacity plan.
- Translate forecasts, confirmed orders, and project requirements into weekly and daily production priorities.
- Monitor material availability, bottlenecks, work in progress, lead times, and inventory exposure; escalate risks early.
- Run cross-functional planning reviews with Sales, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, Quality, and Maintenance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Production Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of production or supply planning experience in manufacturing, including team leadership exposure.
- Strong command of ERP/MRP systems, advanced Excel, planning analytics, and structured reporting.
- Sound knowledge of S&OP, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and manufacturing workflows.

Job Purpose
Secure reliable, compliant, and cost-effective sources for production materials, components, services, and indirect requirements while protecting quality, lead time, cash flow, and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop category and sourcing plans aligned with production forecasts, inventory policies, budgets, and quality needs.
- Lead supplier identification, prequalification, RFQs, commercial evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.
- Manage local and international purchase orders from approval through delivery, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, lead times, warranties, and service levels while protecting total cost of ownership.
